Play with Me Yoga! Strong walkers to Age 4 with an adult partner
Enjoy various adventures with books, puppets, songs and yoga poses. Everyone will have fun while building strength, flexibility, confidence, concentration, and a love for yoga. 45 minutes.
Kids Yoga is for Ages 5 – 8
Kids will have a blast as they participate and cooperate in creating the experience together, using animal poses and adventures! Class may include songs, stories and games as well as working with breath to focus attention, relax and learn to calm ourselves. Kids have an opportunity to develop mental and physical strength, flexibility and a love for yoga! 45 minutes
Tween Yoga for Ages 9 - 12
These older students will experience a variety of poses, including group and partner poses, presented traditionally and through stories, music and games. The connection of movement and breath will also be emphasized for finding focus and calm. Themes related to yoga philosophy may be woven into the sessions. Whether practicing individually, with a partner, or as a group, tweens can develop strength, flexibility, and a love for yoga! 1 Hour
We bring everything for a safe, fun program: Yoga Mats, Music, puppets and other props. All you need to provide is a space large enough for the participants, which we suggest to limit to 15 - 20, however we can also provide space for your group if you need it!
